Instructions on filling out work orders:
1. Go to our download page and right click on the form and save as: to your desktop or my documents folder.
2. Using the free Adobe Acrobat, Open the document and fill all blank fields that apply to your job.
NOTE: Mac users-Please do not use "Preview" to fill out the form. It will not print out the filled out information correctly.You can download free Acrobat Reader from Adobe.com.
3. When finished with the form. Use "Save as:" and rename it to p.o.# or anything you want. You can always re-open the original and use over and over again.
4. Either attach the work order to your email or if you wish, you may fax it in.
